Our Deli Star Charter has been developed to provide all employees with a set of guiding principles that establishes benchmarks and boundaries with how we interact and serve our guests every day. A guest includes our co-workers, existing and potential customers and vendors.

Food Quest

Food Quest is an opportunity for Deli Star employees to venture out into our communities and explore local culinary experiences. We may be on a mission to find the best chicken sandwich or perhaps the most delicious Rueben. This program helps us learn more about the local trends and how we can use them to improve our products and better serve our customers. It also doesn’t hurt that we have a ton of fun doing it!

Faye Fest Food and Music Festival

Faye Fest Food and Music Festival is a celebration of food and everything that makes Deli Star a great place to work everyday. The event features live bands, chef-inspired food and family friendly activities. It is our way of giving back to our employees and our community!

We could get all corporate speak with this, but at the end of the day we’re just a team of hard-working people who have a shared purpose.  We work together day in and day out to bring you the highest quality products we possibly can. Each one of us specializes in something different whether it’s business management, product production or food research. We’re always looking for opportunities to learn from each other and continuously grow as a team. Our passion for food not only fuels our products, but also brings us together as a family.
